General

Is TVL free to use?

Yes — TVL has a free plan that includes up to 2 active trips, 5 AI Planner generations per month, and core features like expense tracking and journaling.

What devices does TVL work on?

TVL works on any modern browser on desktop and mobile. A native iOS app is also available — search The Voyager Life in the App Store.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your account data, trips, journal entries, and expenses are private to you. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy at thevoyagerlife.com/privacy for full details.

Can I use TVL offline?

TVL requires an internet connection for most features. The PWA version caches some content for light offline use, but AI features and syncing require connectivity.

Trips and Planning

How many trips can I create?

Free users can have 2 active trips at a time. Past trips do not count toward this limit.

Can I share a trip with someone who does not have a TVL account?

You can share a trip via a public link for view-only access. To collaborate and edit together, both people need a TVL account.

Does TVL book flights or hotels?

TVL is a planning tool, not a booking platform. We help you plan and organize — you book through your preferred service.

Account and Billing

How do I change my email or password?

Go to Settings then Account. If you signed up with Google, password management is handled by your Google account.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings then Account then Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data and cannot be undone.
